Mayor's Youth Council

The gateway for young adults into civic engagement and local government.

The Mayor's Youth Council is a group of highly motivated young adults in their junior or senior years of high school. The Mayor's Youth Council was born from Mayor Berke's belief that young people needed a voice in civic engagement and government.

The Mayor's Youth Council meets about twice a month during the school year to confront and tackle issues and challenges that resonate with young people and their peers.
