James McKissic writes:  We are committed to being an inclusive workplace. That is why we created an internship program with Orange Grove Center. The unemployment statistics for people with disabilities are horrendous and, in our opinion, the only way to begin to break down barriers is to get people working side by side so that everyone has a chance to participate and contribute to their fullest potential.

** OMA’s Internship program has provided three interns from Orange Grove Center an opportunity for integration into the community in which they live. Anthony Sheppard and Curtis Hester are currently working for the City Parks and Clayton Beal works maintenance at multiple sites including City Hall.
