Leadership's goal is to promote women as leaders within the City of Chattanooga. The group is focusing on three areas of work: Women in Leadership: Board and Commission Service; Women (and Men who Support Women’s Issues) in Political Office; and Education and Encouragement to Mentor Women Leaders.
