
On March 30, 2020, Mayor Andy Berke announced the COVID-19 Small Business Stabilization Fund (CSBSF). This fund will provide short-term working capital to businesses that are facing sudden and severe revenue shortfalls because of our recent executive orders.The City has committed $2.5 million to set up grant and loan programs that can help businesses in different ways -- short-term rental assistance, continued payroll for displaced workers, or larger business expansion needs.
These programs include:
- The COVID-19 Mitigation Grant Program has ended. All applications have been reviewed and all awardees have been notified.
- COVID-19 Bridge Loans, Due to an overwhelming response, new applications are no longer being accepted for the COVID-19 Small Business Bridge Loan Program. Applications that have already been submitted are currently being reviewed.
- COVID-19 HUD 108 Loans, Due to an overwhelming response, the application portal is temporarily closed for the COVID-19 HUD Loan Program. Applications that have already been submitted are currently being reviewed.
