Thank you for your inquiry about the City of Chattanooga's COVID-19 Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance Program.

Please contact the State of Tennessee Housing Development Agency as THDA is accepting applications from Hamilton County residents experiencing financial hardships due to COVID-19. Qualified renters who are or have been struggling to pay rent, utilities, or other home energy costs due to loss of income as a result of the pandemic may be eligible for up to 12 months of assistance.
