Chat with ChattBot

The newest addition to our open data program is the open data ChattBot. ChattBot is a Facebook Messager bot designed to help folks navigate the open data portal since finding what you are looking for is not always the most straightforward process. We built ChattBot because we are always looking for new and interesting ways to engage folks with the city's open data. Since one of the biggest barriers for folks is understanding what data is available we designed a chat bot to walk you through the process.

ChattBot to the Rescue 

To use ChattBot all you have to do is start a Facebook Messenger conversation with the bot. From there ChattBot will work with you to find you the data you are looking for on the open data portal. You might even find out some interesting tidbits about the open data along the way. Like what ChattBot's favorite open dataset is right now.
