The Office of Community Resilience (OCR) is a new office within the City of Chattanooga that will reform internal systems and community linkages to decrease the impacts of the law enforcement and criminal justice system on communities of color and other vulnerable populations. The OCR envisions a city where families live in safety and prosperity, communities support themselves and each other, and systems deliver the resources people need to live the lives that they want.
