NEPA PHASE

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Phase concluded in November 2018 with the approval of the NEPA document by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

The project involves the use of federal funds which requires the preparation of a NEPA document. The purpose of the NEPA document is to identify, review, and assess the potential direct, indirect, and cumulative impacts of the project on the environment. As part of the NEPA Phase various technical studies (listed below) will be undertaken.
